Diana Prangli, the photographer, has the exclusive rights to control a photographic picture taken by her, be it in an original form or in an altered form, i.e. by making copies thereof and by making it available to the public.
The clients, i.e. individuals or companies, can use the photographic pictures for personal use only.
The clients, i.e. individuals or companies, cannot use the photographic pictures for commercial purposes unless they ask Diana Prangli for permission and an explicit permission is given.
The clients, i.e. individuals or companies, shall give credit to the photographer by mentioning her name when posting photographic pictures taken by Diana Prangli online.
Breaking these terms and conditions, especially those related to commercial use of photographic pictures without permission, may result in legal actions.
